your choice for hearty, easy and tasty lunches and dinners.
We offer an ever-growing line of fast-frozen
soups, sauces, dinner and lunch main courses and delectable desserts to choose
from. Whether you want to store them in your freezer at home or keep some on
hand for lunches and dinners for yourself or your employees at work, we bring
great taste and convenience to all that we create for you.
All our food is prepared in small batches to
ensure seasonal freshness and good taste. We also use the technically excellent,
flash-frozen "sous-vide" system, helping avoid the freezer burn and
crystallisation that is often associated with frozen foods. This combination of
small quantities and attention to food quality offers Calgarians the perfect
choice for food-to-go that you can have on hand whenever you need it. All you
have to do is heat & serve.
 We
begin with a great selection of items ranging from individually portioned onion
soups to a velvety chocolate mousse which is a client favourite.
Newest with us
is a selection of frozen, ready-made croissants, pains au
chocolate and baguettes. Of the highest quality and made in a French
kitchen, prices start from $2.25 each and take as little as 15 minutes from
freezer to oven to your table.

Availability:
We make our food in select, small batches to offer the best
in freshness & taste.
We are open for impromptu pick up on Fridays from 12:00noon
to 6:00pm, or Saturdays from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Come visit us to see
what’s new in our freezers!
For larger orders or to guarantee your selections, please
